Image Information

At age eight, Emma proudly displays a freshly caught sockeye salmon while standing at the edge of the Kenai River near Soldotna Alaska. Although Emma is young, she is an avid and proficient angler. Since age four, she has consistently hit floating targets at 20 yards with her casting rod, and she can catch, net, dispatch, haul, clean and play with the inards of any sockeye salmon on the planet. What's more fun than kids fishing!

Sockeye salmon (red salmon) scientific name: Oncorhynchus nerka
